Novel Targets
With an internal focus on oncology and immunology, Anaphore has demonstrated the success of its Atrimer™ technology platform against various target classes (trimeric and non-trimeric). That technology can now be extended to a multitude of other opportunities, including targets previously difficult to address with biologics, such as disease-relevant carbohydrates and G-protein-coupled receptors.
As in the work already successfully taken forward by Anaphore, drug candidates to many other targets may activate or block target pathways, or transport cytotoxic molecules and mechanism-based agents to target cells.
In collaboration with partners, Anaphore is committed to realizing the full promise of Atrimer therapeutics against targets in wide-ranging therapeutic areas, within or without the company’s own therapeutic focus, and including rare diseases.
